II co-managed with the artist an 11K budget, project logistics and timeline.
I liaised and built partnerships with partner venues and collaborators. I recruited the Sound Designer and the Associate Artist on the team.
I managed the running of an auction of the project's artwork in support of Ukraine refugees.

Tara Fatehi Irani: Mishandled Archive

I was the Producer for this ambitious 3-year project comprising a 5-week exhibition, a performance-installation of 365 photographs in Peckham Common, a performance at ArtsAdmin and the production of a book, published by the Live Art Development Agency (LADA).
I secured a 15K ACE grant and co-managed the budget with the artist, the project's timeline and relationships with partners.
I was also responsible for the marketing campaigns for all aspects of the project, researching new potential audiences and distribution of the book, which was acquired by the Whitechapel Gallery bookshop and Iniva Library, among others.
The project received endorsements from BBC Radio, Tim Etchells (former Forced Entertainment) and Catherine Wood (Tate Curator).

Tempting Failure Festival

I managed and coordinated logistics for this 2-week performance art and music festival with 70 participating artists, held in 8 different locations in Croydon, London. These included music venues, an art gallery, a pub, the Council Old Town Hall, the streets.

Spontaneous Combustion Festival

I curated and directed this contemporary dance and performance festival taking place in public spaces and other urban locations in Hackney Wick and Peckham.
I managed a programme of 14 participating artists with up to 27 performances over two days per festival year.
I granted support and managed partnerships with art organisations Arebyte gallery, Art Licks, the Yard Theatre, Copeland Park.
I initiated a series of artist residencies at arebyte gallery, and produced a digital app with creative content created by the resident artists.

I devised and produced performances, participatory events and digital content for this multi-disciplinary arts collective of four.
We showcased our 'Flock Office', on the physical and social practices on working in an office environment, at The Place Theatre, The Yard Theatre, Central St Martins College and at the Internation Congress 'Beirut: Bodies in Public' held at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon (2014).
